How does Wizzy pricing work?
Price is charged on the basis of combination of product sync and search request volume. Price is charged only for the completed searches and successful product sync and variable cost is applied as the search volume grows.
Do I need to pay for software updates?
We do not charge for software updates or standard tech support.
How are search and product sync requests are counted?
Each successful search/filter/autocomplete and product sync API call is counted as one request.
What is the implementation process and how long does it take?
We discover the search loopholes, ideate the plan to improve, create and implement the plan and validate the effect. The process time depends on the solution you opt for, In search plugin case it is fairly quick compared to API based solution which generally takes around 10-15 days of implementation process.
How can I see my Usage statistics?
You can track your usage data live from the Dashboard.
What if I want refund due some reason?
We will try to understand what issues you're facing and will try our best from our end to solve those in our product. Still if you want to opt-out you can request refund within 10 days(for monthly subscription) or 1 month(for yearly subscription). It will be done on immediate basis, no questions asked!
